Aisha Kutch It's really frustrating that there's no manual, and the cuteness is annoying with its squeaky sound, but since it's not audible when attached to the car, it seems okay.
As a tip, is the transparent windsock that comes with it? If you fold it according to the line, it won't turn; you have to gently fold it at the end.
